This flexible layout allows employees to move fluidly throughout the workplace and adapt their environment depending on task, mood or activity.<\/p><p>Inspired by AOK\u2019s \u201cgesundnah\u201d philosophy \u2014 meaning \u201cclose to health\u201d \u2014 the design integrates natural references throughout the interior. Green carpets, hanging plants, wood finishes and cardboard wall coverings create a calming atmosphere that promotes wellbeing and productivity.
